RV Site Refund and Return Policy

RV Site Full Refunds

Our RV site refund and returns policy is a full refund if the reservation is canceled 10 days before the check-in date.

RV Site Partial Refunds

If a reservation is canceled within 10 days of the check-in date and up to the date of check-in, we reserve the right to refund the order minus 1 day of rental.

We offer no refunds for weather cancellations unless there is a named storm. For named storms, we will refund the remaining days of the reservation.

RV Site No Refunds

If a reservation is canceled after the check-in date, there will be no refund given.

Merchandise Refund and Return Policy

Our merchandise refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts and Site Gift Certificates

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will contact the gift giver and arrange for a refund to be returned to them.

If a refund is requested for a gift certificate, we can offer a full refund for a non-activated gift certificate. If the gift certificate has been activated, we can not offer a refund. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days

To Return an Item

To return your product, you should ship your item to the address shown in the refund approval email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
